If i could make their rating -0 i would!! i have wrote multiple emails to their support line, tried to call multiple times without ever getting a response. i ordered a 3/1 trimmer tool with wheels for edging. my order #240722 on June 10/26. checked my bank to make sure payment was made to make sure product was paid for, yes!!! & still no product!!! i have no other recourse other than to warn others about ordering from this company, you may or may not ever receive it as i didn’t!! So Disappointed!!!!

I ordered the 3 in 1 Lawnmower, trimmer and edger on June 8, 2026. My credit card was charged $117.00. I never received an email from this company with a tracking number or any information about my order only a confirmation number when I placed my order. NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!! I emailed itoolmax on Monday June 22,2026 inquiring about my order and a pop up came up telling me that someone would be getting back with me shortly. No one never did!!! I called my credit card company to dispute this charge on my credit card. Still no communication from itoolmax. I believe this company is a SCAM and would not recommend purchasing any product from this company!!!

01 06 2026 I ordered a lawn mower, I haven't received a response yet. Will I receive the order? If not, I write every day to contact me but to no avail, no one contacts me, how can I get my money back? I'm thinking about this! They have very bad service, it's not called no service at all, that is, no one will answer you, they may even extort money from you and I don't know what awaits me yet. I'm dealing with scammers, I can't figure out who they are yet, let's see.

Where is order #242206 placed June 13. No reply to messaged inquiries. No one at the chat box. Today is June 24th.

Emailed customer services re spare parts. Waited a week for a reply to which I responded immediately. Another week goes by. A reply- we can action this right now. Hurrah I thought. Replied immediately yes please go ahead and……. Another week goes by. The product is only one year old and broken!!

Can improve your being honest! I ordered product from you on or around May 24, it went through my account on May 27. I have yet to receive my mower trimmer or have any communication from you.To me this is theft! What are you going to do about it!

Ordered the 8.7-Inch Small Electric Lawn Mower for Yards & Gardens and like most costumers stated a piece of junk. The company will not respond to your emails to refund their junk.
