Website said 30-day trial for a garden cart. It did not say that it was not recommended for elderly or disabled. Seat is on a one-inch screw up post and not very stable to sit on. Tried to get a refund, they offered 15 percent. Cost $35 to return it after a dispute through the credit card was denied because iToolMax said we hadn't contacted them. Two and a half months later, we are still waiting. They have the stool and our money. We will never buy from them again.

Still haven't received a return label. This tool that is advertised is no where near the size it appears. The company does not address your concern in 48 hours. The company refuses to send a return label. Very unprofessional.

Do not order from this company! there is little or no response from them for problem with receiving wrong product! there are missing nuts and bolts and again no response. i decided to keep wrong item as I got horrible response. no way to put it together. My handyman said throw it away! 200$+ lost to this company!

Having the worst time with this company. I ordered a trimmer, watched the ad it looked amazing, however the trimmer couldn’t even cut through regular grass edging, it’s now months and months of back and forth emails trying to get this item sent back for a refund. It takes so long for them to reply and once the do they request stupid information, I’ve send pictures twice now of the trimmer, I notified them within hours of the receipt of the trimmer that it doesn’t do what the ad says. Awful company stay well away. And the products are cheap and nasty.

Lawnmower is a piece of junk. It took support 2 weeks or more to respond. The charger worked 2 times and will no longer work. The handle turns while you are mowing. It does not get close to edges around any fences or sidewalks. You still have to go back and use a weed eater to get close. I asked for a full refund and they said. The Itoolmax has allowed me to keep my raised beds weed free. The small tiller is ideal for my beds 16'x4' and 8'x4' and easy for me (female) to handle. Its easy to manuver and cleans up easily. I love the pole extension (easy on my back) and the hand held adaption. Thank you for a quality product.

The product is total.garbage...its weak and does t work as advertised. The problem is you have to keep trying to get it to work properly. During this process you are using the tools. At that point you cant return it so you are basically SOL.

I bought this on faith and was so glad I did. I am older and pushing my reel mower was just getting to be too much work. I love that it's electric and I don't have to fuss with gas and noise and such. I have had to use this mower when my lawn was 7-8" high and it cut right through it. I tease with my friends that I am going out to vacuum the lawn as it moves so easily with just one hand. I am not cutting a large area or I would have invested in the large model, probably about 20 x 100 feet. When the grass has not gotten away from me I can cut it all on one battery life. The price was unbeatable. The only issue I have, which I addressed with the company is that I have trouble holding down both the on/off button and the handle at the same time and so it often cuts out on me if I am switching hands but that's just more of an irritation, a slightly different design or not as sensitive a button would fix that. Also my grip isn't what it used to be. I highly recommend if obviously you don't have a huge yard and then I might recommend looking at one of their larger models (wider cut). It's just so darn cute!
