Pure garbage do not order I recieved…
Pure garbage do not order I recieved damaged items they refuse to refund. My credit card comlany will deal with it. This company is a fraud.

Their customer service is awful
Their customer service is horrible.....it took 2 months ......many emails back and forth for them to answer a simple question about a confusion with a part!!!

Bought the 3 in 1 weeder
Bought the 3 in 1 weeder. I tried several times to assemble and just couldn’t get it right. My friend owns a lawnmower repair shop. I asked him to assemble. He took one look at it and advised to repackage and return to sender. Currently my nephew has it. He loves a challenge but after spending hours trying to assemble he also gave up. My sister’s boyfriend is going to give it a try. I predict it will eventually wind up in the trash while the grass and weeds grow longer each day.

Refuse to Accept Returns False Advertisement
Cheaply made products that are advertised much differently. Offers a 30 day "risk-free" trial but refuses to honor a refund if you are not pleased with the purchase. You will end up having to request a chargeback with your bank account if you don't like what you received so don't even bother buying from them. There is a reason their products are cheaper than visiting your local Lowe's or Home Depot! Oh and the customer service? Non-existent unless you involve a third party bank or request a chargeback! Then all of a sudden they want to "make things right" except they don't.

Drip Irrigation Kit
I purchased a Drip Irrigation Kit with 360° Flexible Hose and timers from itoolmax and recently installed them to keep my recently planted trees watered. The results exceeded my expections. Everything worked just as advertised, which is saying a lot these days. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the components and the ease of installation. The engineering that went into designing this product was also very impressive. Kudos to itoolmax! I will be looking to you for my backyard solutions from now on.

Could possibly be the worst individual…
Could possibly be the worst individual purchase I've ever made. Do not buy this it is terrible it is weak the wheels barely roll and when they do roll because there's no axle they nearly break off it doesn't cut well it doesn't adjust well it's just a lousy device.

For the 4th email they are offering a…
For the 4th email they are offering a 30% refund and that’s the best they can do. They state the customer is responsible for the return postage. They still are not supplying a return address.
