At first I was upset that the surprise box I received had mostly junk, and not one phone or iPad charger which I felt there surely will be one of those. After some investigation, Amy helped me get a complete refund m8nus the cost of shipping back to iTechDeals. She was very nice and competent. Great response time when you contact customer support and they are fast at resolving issues

Pros: By far iTechDeals.com has the best deals. If you get a good product, you'll be very lucky and have no complaints.They have great customer service. Their shipping consist of two steps. 1) Shipping from their supplier to iTechdeals [approx. 6-7 business days, not including the day of your purchase] 2) Shipping purchased product to customer depending on shipping method chosen. For example, if you chose "expedited 2 day shipping" expect your purchase to take 7 days to arrive to their facility and 2 days expedited shipping from their facility to you [9 business days]. If you chose normal free shipping, expect 3 weeks + to receive your item. Con 2: I purchased a Macbook Air Early 2015 11inch, although the condition of the laptop came around "grade A" [scale from F- to A+] cosmetically, the internal lithium ion battery was leaking which can destroy the overall laptop. Now generally this would be a deal breaker for me, but iTechdeals was sure to offer me an excellent/functional replacement because I contacted them with 5 days [read their contract/ return policy before buying y'all]. Due to their great customer service and willingness to make sure I am satisfied after the incident, I am willing to purchase more items from them. I think you'll be very satisfied if you set your expectations accordingly after reading their return and shipping policy. Nonetheless, regardless of hiccups the savings will trump any issues.

Mary was most helpful. I had ordered 4ea USB-C cables, which were only $1.00ea a total of $4.00. Somehow I thought the cables were $4.00 each. Anyway the cables would not work with my device a Nokia 6.1 smartphone, so I requested a refund which I got. Looking back for $4.00 I should have just tossed the cables. I ordered the "Wireless Bluetooth In-Ear Stereo Earbud with Mic in White" and it was not working, i contacted customer service and they were excellent. They responded immediately to my issue. First they tried to remedy the problem but when that was to no avail, they refunded my payment immediately. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they are honest and care about customer satisfaction.
