My order was placed on the 6th of this month. The tracking number issued turned out to be nothing but numbers. After receiving several apologetic emails over the past three weeks, I was informed that an error had been addressed and I would receive expedited service and a new tracking number. That was 6 days ago. I've yet to see a parcel, tracking number. Iwas informed 6 days ago that a refund couldn't be processed because my package had already been shipped. With the modern technology available, no one can determine where.

Tried their grab box. 2 of the main items in the box did not work. Lost $ on the deal. Won't be trying that offer again. Customer service did refund the purchase price; but it cost me $10 to return the box to get my $20 back. It was a losing deal all around.

This is a mixed review. My initial order went missing somewhere between DHL and the USPS. I kept waiting, including contacting the post office, but the package never resurfaced. After about 6 weeks I contacted iTech. My interaction with iTech customer service eventually produced results. The response was quick and after a back and forth outlining options, my package was resent. It may have taken two months, but I finally have my order and so far it is working great. I ordered a product from iTechdeals that ended up not working. After contacting customer service for an RMA request within the 14 days of the delivery date and explaining my reason for return, Mary informed me that my request was granted. Though I had to pay for return shipping, iTechdeals refunded my money. I used Paypal and learned after the fact that Paypal pays for return shipping. I wish I knew Paypal did that before sending the return back to iTechdeals.

The customer support team was absolutely awesome. My purchase did not work out as I was unable to log onto the computer. The ITech team communicated with me daily. First we tried troubleshooting so they provided recommendations. When that did not work, they obtained manager approval for free return. I think it is easy to provide a good customer experience when you are selling but ITech made what could have been a disgruntled customer happy by handling a defective product experience with care, professionalism, courtesy and timely!!! Like I said earlier the communication was a little slow the website says you will be contacted within 24 hours it was more like 48 but being a holiday that might be the reason for the slow communication thank you

I received a product that was inoperable. Customer Service arranged very quickly to have a replacement shipped to me without requiring me to send back the original item.
