Great bikes, we really enjoy riding these bikes there are a perfect fit for us!

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. This is the worst possible customer service I was riding my E scooter and it broke and I got injured and they won’t answer my call. They sent me a replacement part after about four months of talking to them and it’s impossible to fix given the directions. This is 100% the last spot I’d ever buy from again. The app is also extremely hard to navigate and most of it doesn’t work again. There is zero customer service.DO NOT purchase from here.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because I don't have the ability to give -10. Bought GT2 has 4 Miles on this, and they DO NOT WANT TO HELP. THEY WANT ME TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY! This scooter was 1000.00 and it only lasted 4 miles in a paved neighborhood. I would never see this going off road. I would be scared of getting stuck. NOT THE SCOOTER, THEY MAKE IT TO BE. If anybody is on the fence about getting a V10 from isinwheel let me tell you my experience. Previously had a similar board from another company (do not wanna name because maybe things have changed for the better with them) and it cost nearly double what isinwheel offers. And everything that could go wrong did. Slowly had to replace everything over time. And I mean everything! It was a major headache everytime! So when my isinwheel V10 arrived while I was out camping and got swiped off my porch I thought here we go again. My bad luck continues. Without much expectation I sent off an email and got a police report. Already expecting a ton of headache I was relieved everytime I heard back from isinwheel. Happy to say I got my replacement quicker than I did getting replacement parts from the previous company. At a fraction of the cost this V10 does not lack in quality. Wish I could upload a photo here with my few upgrades I already had waiting. This board for the money is beyond worth it. No complaints at all with the quality and the customer service was top tier! Thank you Coco and whoever else that may have been involved getting me back movin. 🤘🏼

After months of contacting them, sending the same information over and over, they stopped responding. I ordered an E Scooter from them in November for my wife. When I tried to charge it up, it would not charge. Come to find out, one of the pins on the charging plug was broken off. I send them photo's, copy of my receipt, and a detailed explanation. I even called them and was told there was nothing they could do.

Over all really good and satisfying service

Customer service was quick and fair and resolved situations with adequate solutions.
