isinwheel-USAReviews of isinwheel.com

The V10 is a great board smooth and fast and can climb steep hills with ease! And I had a couple minor issues and Isinwheel took care of them. They stand by their product!! Very cool!!

Good service to the point answers, just that they might take like 2-3 days to reply

genuinely were such nice people. i recently broke my remote by falling(death wobbles) and they gave a new one for free :D they were so kinda and patient. just genuinely 10/10 people. thank you guys for being such an amazing cool people :D

Very disappointed. Handlebar stem lock bolt was not included with my bike. I have a requewst in with Isenwheel but I am really unhappy.

I recently purchased three scooters from isinwheel and I am very happy with them. I got the S9 pro, S9 max and the GT2 scooters. However the GT2 scooter the one I I use to commute back and forth to work had broke in half as I was going to work on me. So I emailed the company and explained what had happend and to my surprise they had made contact with me in a reasonable time and gave me a new scooter to replace the one that broke with no hesitation. So far I am way please with all scooters that I have purchased. Great buy for my money for sure

I was able to get a quick response to my inquires and I am very happy with the board I puchased.

It’s a great scooter as advertised, love it, fast, nimble, lots of fun. Fast delivery, great packaging, charged and pre assembled (just need to tighten 4 screws for the. Handle bar) Cheers, Nick

Nancy was so helpful when I accidentally entered my previous address and had my scooter rerouted. I love the scooter even if I wrecked on my first ride.
