isinwheel-USAReviews of isinwheel.com

Purchased the GT1 and GT2 scooters 11/24, one for my son and one for me. I opted for the GT2 because it offered the 1000W motor vs. the 800W motor on the GT1. The GT2 scooter I received came with an 800W motor. When I inquired with isinwheel they stated the 800W motor performs like the 1000W motor. BS! They absolutely did not care they were FALSELY advertising and simply offered me three more months worth of warranty. Who knows how many other products they are doing this with.

Excellent customer support. Able to answer all my questions. I recommended isinwheel to all my friends. One purchased GT2 escooter and two purchased M10 ebike.

I purchased this bike this year and I’ve had various issues with it like the breaks screaming, false advertising as it says it can last almost 40 miles on one charge but only last 15, doesn’t display charge, and more. I reached out to customer service and saw how they were failing to help me along with the issue that they even ghosted me. The problem is on their website they choose to hide the bad reviews from their viewers leading people to suffer the same mistake as I did. Please don’t buy from these people, you’ll spend a lot of money to basically get an item that is defective and doesn’t work while also dealing with poor customer service.

Great product best customer service I have dealt with and very speedy delivery, would give more stars if I could 👍👌

Absolute satanic company. The scooters break down aaaalll the time. No customer support. My buddy lost his both his sons due to these isinwheel scooters. We are in the process of shutting these irresponsible china scammers DOWN!

Thay stand behind there product and handle any issues on a timely manner would recommend this product to any!!

Love my U1 easy to assemble and so much fun. I can’t wait to take it camping next season.

I have an 11 min ride to work and the bike won't make it . Apparently Jessica says H stands for Hot and when the bike flashes hot I should stop and wait 30 min . Id get there faster walking. I don't want the bike ,don't like the bike but they wanna pay me to keep it . And delete my review which isn't gonna happen as long as I'm loosing money for their crappy bike. Not happy
