The U4] e-bike has been a fantastic investment! The motor delivers just the right amount of power for climbing hills or cruising on flat roads, and the battery lasts impressively long. It’s also incredibly well-designed, offering a comfortable riding position and a stylish look. The features, like pedal assist, and the way I can just click a button and it goes along with the intuitive display, make every ride enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great mix of performance, quality, and value. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their biking experience Also super quick delivery and amazing customer service.

I purchased a brand new S10 electric scooter last year. It was delivered October 30, 2024. It arrived damaged. After much back and forth with isinwheel, and attempts on my part to repair the scooter, they refused to refund my money because it was just over the 30 day return window. They offered to send me a new motor for the scooter, or a refurbished and functional scooter if I paid a $50 shipping fee; I agreed to the latter. I paid to ship the refurbished scooter on December 15, 2024. The first attempt to ship this scooter failed; I reached out to isinwheel to see where my package was and they told me that scooter had been damaged in shipping (like the original). They asked me to “just bear with them a little longer” and that another scooter would be sent to me within 5-7 business days. It’s January 12, 2025, and the scooter has not arrived. They haven’t sent tracking information or anything. I feel like I have no recourse to hold this company accountable. I feel had… I paid a total of $479.99 almost 3 months ago, and have no working scooter. My experience has been bad, I can’t recommend this company :-(

they’ve seem to grab my profile so I can’t login to show you what their terms of return policy. Something was broken on my scooter within their terms and they told me they couldn’t do it. Replace my scooter that they could only give me a piece to fix myself I’m not a mechanic. I’m not a welder. I’m not your man. I’m not a manufacturer. I work hard for my money and I use A Scooter for form of transportation to get myself to work for the long walk so I don’t have to walk. I can just ride my scooter. So the lady told me they were gonna return my scooter when I call some number in California I guess but I got an email telling me the piece that was broken. A Scooter was not a part of their return policy and that I was SOL on my money, so I had to save for at least six or seven months just to get the money to buy the scooter plus with the warranty for if anything happened I was covered and exactly what happens. Something happens not even 90 days into this product and they said I am not gonna fix my scooter. This is a horrible company. I will buy my scooter from any other company besides this one.

My scooter was ordered on Friday and I received my Gt1 on Tuesday and am more than happy with it it's bigger than it looks in pictures and much more powerful than my iscooter i9 max. I had a problem trying to pump up my rear tyre as the valve was too close to the rim but the team talked me through it and all I had to do was let the air out and moving thre valve was easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good experience.

The website was so easy to use , the product purchased was delivered promptly . They were very good with keeping me informed about the delivery process. Very impressed with my bike , clean sturdy and easy to assemble. Well done and thanks.

my personal experience: I purchased a bicycle, and the motor stopped working within the first two weeks I tried reaching out to customer service several times via email, but all I got was many apologies free helmet and no solution customer service kept on avoiding my question now I'm getting more apologies ( sorry can not help you bike is out of warranty )

Quick delivery. Amazing product. Everything came and worked as advertised. I would recommend to anyone searching for an electric longboard to purchase from this company.

This U2 ebike is a pleasure to ride and I have been impressed by the support from the Isinwheel team.
