The worst customer service ever. Replacement parts take 2 weeks to receive. I bought a replacement belt and it snapped 1 week later.

Son is really enjoying scooter as far as speed and travel experience. Customer service has been prompt and helpful to offer solutions to address any questions or concerns.

I sustained six broken ribs after the scooter malfunctioned, causing me to miss work and endure significant pain and suffering. Despite numerous emails detailing this serious issue, Isinwheel has failed to honor your own return policy or provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I have received only evasive responses that expect me to diagnose and fix the problems myself.

Return process and customer support is the worst. They have a window for returns and because you cannot reach their Support over phone, you quickly fall out of the return window. Keep emailing their Support email but never get a response. Call their 1-888 call center and talk to agents who are rude or have problems communicating in English and they can only relay information to Support who you cannot reach directly to have your questions answered. I will be leaving this company reviews on BBB and report to the AG's office.

never buy anything from this company. The customer support is something that is nonexistent. I’ve been without my E bike for the last five months after my battery melted they keep sending me the wrong repair parts and insisting near the correct ones for my bike I send them pictures videos and I keep getting emails telling me that they sending me the right parts so avoid them at any cost, there are better choices out there.

Ordered an electric scooter from company off TikTok. When got the speedometer doesn't always work and it's very unsturdy-cheaply made. It says 220lb weight limit and I only weigh 176lbs and it feels very insturdy and shake just standing on it. After first offering Me free lock or case to make up for it when I denied they inform me I have to pay shipping fee to return. They also at one point said I'd be charged a restocking Fee of 20%. All this trouble and hassle over a 150$ falsely advertised electric scooter.

I bought the isinwheel s10 max, only goes 25 mph, battery is 4-10 doesn’t go more than 15 ish miles on a single charge. Constantly falling apart, screws constantly loosening by themselves, a lot of cheap parts. Bad ride quality etc the list goes on. I believe this brand was created just to scam people because no way I paid 700$ for an aluminum pos. Tires suck, brakes suck, bolts holding everything together suck just over terrible. I’ve take the bus for 1 year and would rather walk and take the bus way more enjoyable. Isinwheel is scammers trust me your legs work better. I rate 0-100
