my order was cancelled by the factory
I was informed today that my order was cancelled by the factory. I assume you will be crediting my account immediately!

The reason that this order was canceled is that Mr. Fowler ordered an Attabox Polycarbonate Enclosure not for industrial use, but for the purpose of competitive analysis. Mr. Fowler is an employee of one of Attabox’s primary competitors and based on that criterion Attabox declined to fulfill this order. In our view, Attabox is well within their rights to refuse to ship their product in this case. The account in question has also been credited promptly in line with our policies on canceled orders. - The ISC Team
