Placed my order online and within minutes received an email saying the item I ordered was out of stock but they had one size larger. I contacted them via 1 800 number they fixed my order with the new item and was very pleasant to work with. Fastest shipping around also I picked normal shipping and my item was here within 3 days. I will buy from them again.

I ordered a hard hat to try out on 1/27. A full week later the order still shows processing. There has been no update from the company in that week.
Response from ISC SalesFeb 3, 2014
Thomas, First, let me apologize for the issues you have experienced with this order. Please be assured that this is not how we normally do business and that our orders are usually processed very quickly. I am personally looking into the status of your order and either I or someone else from ISC Online will be contacting you today. John Sanders ISC Online Marketing Manager
