I needed to substitute an adapter after ordering, and also requested rush processing, and their customer service was really fast to respond (on the weekend even) and worked to get things delivered quickly for installation. There are many horticultural supply websites out there, but these guys are the best!

I ordered a nugsmasher through Green Thumb Depot due to the free shipping. Initially there were delays due to part delays. Had called and was getting a bit frustrated, however, one i got in touch with a customer service rep, Cole, he stuck with me; contacted nugsmasher and was able to get my order built and shipped.
