I am not happy at all with the irs… I feel like if I had extra funds I would get a lawyer on the irs and win… it is ridiculous that I paper filed in April and my account wasn’t opened until December and here it is mid February a new tax year and I still haven’t received anything but an error message saying you guys received my tax return and it is being processed… ridiculous that new returns are being release before me getting what I worked hard for as a citizen… but Im sure scammers and liars got what they want with no problem but a lil karma down the road… it saddens me I’ve been failed by this system so much yet I pay my taxes every year and work really hard … I don’t care that covid is being used as the excuse … well since it’s covid… im struggling also

This is the third year they played games with my refund it makes no sense my livelihood literally depends on me receiving my money

It's great that this government department can place a levy against you and take EVERYTHING that you own, but if they give someone money on your behalf and that organization does not give you your money, there is nothing that the IRS can do to get your bank to give you your money

The absolute WORST website and customer service. FUVK the government. FUVK the IRS. You’re all money hungry mother FUVKERS who forget about the single moms trying to make an HONEST FUVKING LIVING.

Irs has by far the worse customer service!! I waited 2 hours on the phone for a representative and still no answer! I wanted to make a payment plan for my taxes and they don’t pick up?! So how can people make a payment plan and resolve the balance if they leave there customers on hold ??? What a waste of time they are. I’m very upset.

I am an international citizen who is, of course, required to file taxes etc. Which I have always done and have always been happy to, despite me never getting a tax return (obviously) or having to pay as my income is below the threshold. This time, however, they have made me confirm my identity via post. Birth certificate, social security card, photo id, address verification etc. Whatever, fine. It has been 19 weeks and told it would take 16. Again fine. I know the stimilus has caused a lot if incoming calls/emails etc. Had to call them 4 times in the past 19 weeks for various reasons. Three times have been brilliant. Today however, the most horrible person I have EVER spoken to (and this includes me as a complaint handler for an airline getting screamed at every day) took my call 1002043654. Rude, snarky, sarcastic, combative and not at all helpful. Cant even submit a complaint online about how she spoke to me so I will pop it here because I am so angry I am shaking. Never, in 40 years, have I been spoken to like that. Ever.

Irs is bs . With bs ass people for customer service . I have never experience a system that takes so long to send out refunds but when owed money too takes it when they want . The whole system is crap asf and they need to get better people to do they’re jobs
