Hey how are you if may ask? Would like to thank for trying to aid with taxes in a way. It would be helpful to get an IRS employees e-mail. That way can send pictures because when go in office(s) only can bring in personal identification or tax type forms mobile may be needed. Going through identity theft and makes finances, living situation, and volunteer/work opportunities more complex. Have paid so many fees to DAWSON, federal, and state. Wish the best and gratitude.

As much as I disagree with this institution and how my own money gets handled, as of late they have been sincere and kind and helpful through my struggles with Tax fraud committed against me by employers I trusted that were in fact committing fraud against me.

I had to wait on hold for a VERY long time, but these 4 stars are strictly going out to my customer service representative, Mrs. Kilbore (badge number 1004989245). She was amazing! She helped me with my issue, was so kind, and explained everything that was going on. She absolutely deserves a raise!!

Call the IRS customer support number at 1-800-829-0922 -or- 800-829-1040 Choose your language (1 for English) Dial 2 – “For answers about your personal income tax…” Dial 1 – “For questions about a form you have already submitted…” Dial 3 – “For all other questions…” Dial 2 – “For all other questions…” When prompted for either your social security number or employer identification number, do not input anything After two requests, another menu will come up. Dial 2 – “For personal or individual tax questions…” Dial 4 – “For all other inquiries…”
