SCAM. Ordered extensions that never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, also no answer. My card was charged $365+ anyways. Horrible , non existent customer service. Shop elsewhere

I love the packaging. The hair is professional quality. I have had extensions before in the past, and these are very comparable for clip in extensions. They are an exact match in color. I brought them with me for my hair appointment and my stylist clip them in and cut them with my hair and created a look of layers. I didn’t even use all of the extensions from the pack. I am OBSESSED!!! 😍 ❤️.

I ordered the clip ins on April 5th. I emailed on April 18th because the order was not shipped. They finally shipped them on April 19th. I received the sample and did not open the main part of the package. I asked two times for the return label. I returned them at a UPS store that has drop off for USPS. The package has never been received according to Irresistible Me. I have been in constant contact with them. There were two return tracking numbers on the label I was sent. They refuse to issue a refund even though I sent it back EXACTLY the way they asked me too. I would like a refund. I have tried to ask them several times but they have refused.

Product purchased on may 22. Have not received the item as of yet. I reached out to customer service and they state that nothing can be done. They used DHL which was supposed to deliver to USPS. The package never arrived at USPS to this date. $101.55 LOST. Do not purchase from this company unless you are willing to take the chance at losing your funds due to no delivery.!!

I've ordered in the past from Irresistible Me and been very happy with the items I received and the helpful customer service when I had a question. I ordered 3 more items and to my dismay discovered while the name of the color is the same, the color actually isn't. I called customer service who were very helpful in making a new color match and am now waiting my refund for those 3 items so I can re-order. I had ordered more products from them because of my experience with them in the past. I only wish they would have put a notice on their website somewhere that they've changed their colors so those of us who are repeat customers would know and take a closer look rather than just ordering the color we had ordered in the past. Apart from that, they're great and their products are beautiful.
