I’m giving a five star, but when I received my hair the container was already opened when I tried the hair I loved it. I couldn’t return it because it was sent opened already and I didn’t want to argue with the company with getting an exchange. Good thing I loved the hair.

HORRIBLE QUALITY!
I was so pleased when I opened the sample as it was the exact color that I needed. The color was the only thing good about this hair. The hair itself is CHEAP. It sheds ridiculously. The hair is hard and tangles right after installing it. Horrible quality. Super disappointed. I’ve bought hair on Amazon for less and have had better quality/results.

Ugly hair, won’t refund, sneaky membership fees
Real hair wig is terrible, and looked fake! As soon as I opened the box, I requested a return label. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I mailed it back, the package is running late, and no refund. Tonight I was charged a $40 monthly membership fee that I didn’t sign up for. Don’t buy from this company. Poor product, does not refund, and steals money!

Regarding the VIP membership, it was added to your initial order when you selected the VIP discounted price at checkout. This membership provides 50% off all products and includes a $39.90 monthly charge, which is stored as store credit for future purchases. However, we have already canceled and refunded your membership, and you should see the refund in your account.

I ordered 2 wigs
I ordered 2 wigs. One was perfect but the other was too big. I returned it without any issues. Customer service was wonderful to work with and I was refunded my money. I love my wig and it is high quality at an affordable price. Love this company and will continue to order.

Purchased $300 worth of tape-ins from…
Purchased $300 worth of tape-ins from these jokers in January. Received the hair 14 days later. Opened the box and noticed I was tricked. The volume they advertised on their site wasn’t near what they had shipped. Few strands of hair taped onto a square piece of paper looking like someone threw something in a hurry together. I immediately texted them to send me a return label. After spending countless hours sending them pictures proving that the hair was untouched they eventually sent me a return label. The next day I dropped off the package to USPS. It’s been three weeks so I reached out to them for a status on the refund. I received an email yesterday confirming the refund less $2.86. Shady business practices. Needless to say will not be doing business with them in the future!!!

Just don’t!! They have a swatch you have to look at, if you open the box which you can’t see anything.. can’t see the hair, the length, or color… BUT.. if you open the box to be able to see, you can’t return them. So I can buy some thing but if I open to see it then I can’t return it.. FRAUD

Hair products are considered hygienic items, and just like with other personal care products, we have strict standards to protect the health and safety of all our customers. To help with selecting the right match, every set includes a sample weft compartment at the bottom of the tube, labeled “TRY ME.” This piece lets you check the color, length, texture, and base without compromising the hygiene seal of the main set.
As long as the main compartment remains sealed, you’re welcome to return it if the sample isn’t the right fit.
