While our standard procedure is to provide store credit in such cases, we escalated your concern and made an exception by processing a partial refund instead. We understand that this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, and we truly regret any misunderstanding along the way. Regarding the concerns about the hair, all our extensions go through a chemical treatment process, and while rare, this can sometimes result in a strong smell. It should typically fade after washing, but we sincerely apologize that this was not the case for you. We never want a customer to feel unheard, and we take your feedback seriously.
