Extensions are okay, topper is awful. Bad value for the money
I ordered invisible clip in extensions and a 14” topper in December. I’ve had the products a few months now. I like how easy it is to conceal the clips on the extensions. I have noticed, however, that the extensions shed horribly. Just brushing them lightly to deal with tangling (which is a huge issue) results in a brush full of hair. The texture of the hair is also poor, and it appears the cuticles are not all laying uniformly. This causes the hair to snag on itself and create knots either even slight movement. The hair also does not hold any curls at all, forcing me to straighten my own extremely delicate hair that I do not like using heat on. I just end up always wearing the hair up even though I don’t want to. My own hair is extremely thin and fine, obviously why I needed extensions and a topper. The topper looks so fake I have only worn it once or twice and was more self conscious than I am walking around with my balding patches showing. I’m just appalled at the quality for the price. I felt like I would get something I feel more confident in, but for the money invested I could have gotten a nice wig that looked more realistic. I gave the products a few months of regular use before just giving a knee-jerk reaction. But the experience with the shedding, tangling, texture and topper appearance has just left me dissatisfied. Honestly if even one of these issues were addressed I would be overall happy. I cannot recommend the topper at all and maybe someone with fuller or shorter hair would like the extensions more. The good thing about this purchase was the thin nature of the extension bases. That’s why it is not a one star review. The topper is a disaster and still a sore spot for me, as my scalp is very visible and I really feel self conscious about it. In addition to the topper looking fake, the hair is not uniform on it either, and the cuticles are not laying the same direction so it tangles badly also.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback—we genuinely appreciate it. We're very sorry to hear that your experience hasn't lived up to expectations, especially when we know how personal and important hair solutions are for confidence and comfort. To clarify, our extensions and toppers are made from 100% human hair. However, they are not Remy hair, which means the cuticles are not all aligned in the same direction. This can contribute to tangling and a slightly rougher texture over time, especially as the protective silicone coating (applied during processing to enhance smoothness and shine) begins to wear off with regular washing and use. To help maintain the quality and manageability of the hair, we recommend: - Washing with sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo and conditioner, ideally those designed for color-treated or processed hair. - Avoiding overwashing—once every 10–15 wears is typically sufficient unless product buildup occurs. - Gently detangling before washing and using a wide-tooth comb or extension brush. - Styling at a maximum of 250°F / 120°C to protect the strands. For better curl retention, use a heat protectant spray and hold the curl until cool before releasing. We're glad to hear you found the thin extension bases easy to conceal, especially with fine hair—that’s something we’ve put a lot of thought into. We're truly sorry the topper didn’t provide the confidence and realism you were hoping for. This type of feedback helps us improve, and we will certainly pass it along to our product development team. If you're open to it, our customer support team would love to help troubleshoot further or assist with possible solutions. Thank you again for your honest review and for giving the products a fair try over time.
