I am having a wedding in a couple months and was super excited to get hair extensions to add volume and length. After research I found Irresistible Me. I contacted and did a color match which they recommended a dimensional brown color, so I ordered invisible 20” extensions. What came in the mail was not a match so I reached out to the company to let them know. They gaslit me and kept telling me I received the correct color…which is clear IT IS NOT. What I ordered was dimensional brown but received mocha balayage.

I've been using Irresistible Me since around 2013–2014, and the quality has always been top-notch. I’ve worn hair extensions and pieces since 2000 due to severe Alopecia Areata, and while I own wigs, I much prefer using extensions to camouflage my very thin hair. Irresistible Me extensions have been a lifesaver and they’re so versatile, easy to style, and blend beautifully with my own baby-fine, wavy/curly hair. As a natural blonde (with a bit of help covering the grey), my hair color changes slightly with the seasons, but Irresistible Me hair always blends well. I often set the extensions with old-fashioned rollers or braid them while damp to get a soft wave that matches my natural texture. I rarely use heat styling to help preserve the hair and even after two years, some of my clip-ins still look and perform beautifully! The newer Invisible Clip-Ins are phenomenal for blending, and I love using their tape-ins to cover my bald spots, total game changer.! The fact that they use 100% Remy human hair is a huge plus. It's affordable, natural-looking, and long-lasting. After decades of trying everything, I can confidently say this is my favorite hair extension brand. If you're looking for natural-looking, high-quality hair, Irresistible Me is it. I’m 53 now and have been camouflaging hair loss since my early 20s—trust me, I know good hair when I see it! ⭐️⭐️ Disappointed – Not True Human Hair Quality I was really excited to try the tape-in hair extensions from Irresistible Me, especially based on the advertisement that claimed they were similar to human hair. Unfortunately, I found that to be very misleading. The texture and quality felt far more like synthetic hair than real human hair — stiff and extremely difficult to style. Compared to other extensions, these were a struggle to work with. Heat styling didn’t hold well, and the hair didn’t blend naturally. While I appreciated the affordable price point and how easy the installation was, the overall value just wasn’t there. The quality feels on par with much cheaper synthetic extensions. If you’re looking for natural, style-friendly human hair extensions, I’d recommend spending a bit more elsewhere.

Andra in customer service has made me a loyal customer! She kindly returned my emails even after what seemed like 10 of them haha! She was so sweet and made me feel valuable as we tried to find where my delivery order was. Since we didn’t find it swiftly, she has already placed an order to replace the product immediate at no cost! That’s made me a loyal customer! Plus I love the products!

I just have to say I am so impressed with the color matching skills this company has! I have been on a hair health journey and haven’t colored my hair in a couple years so I thought finding clip ins to match would be impossible…you guys absolutely nailed it and the hair is such amazing quality! Will be recommending to everyone!

I ordered my extension and was told I'd get them in 3 to 6 business days it has now been 2 weeks since they have been shipped the delivery date has changed 9 times ! I contacted ups because no movement was made on my package in 6 days they told me my package has been lost and to contact the sender. I contacted them several times and the first response was to just wait for them ,now they want to give me a $30 gift card ?! I will never order from them again so I don't want the gift card ! I spent over $212.00 and I needed them by this weekend and I ordered them in plenty of time ! Customer service is AWEFUL!! I've contacted my credit card company ..update my package says it was delivered on 6/13 .BUT NOTHING WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS!!! IVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS AND THEY WONT RESPOND !!!

I felt like shipping took forever so I reached out to customer service and they informed me about some some unexpected delays with USPS and assured me that I will receive my order which I did the next day. I'm very happy with my purchase, this wig just made me feel like a totally new person and I'm lovin it.
