International Van LinesReviews of internationalvanlines.com

Used IVL for an intl move from NY to the UK. The guys did a perfect job packing my goods. IVL also took care of all customs paper work and delivery to my door. It was a great experience and I would use them again.

I used International Van Lines for a long-distance move. The movers were on time, professional and polite. All of my goods were packed properly and I received everything with no damage. This is the 3rd time I had to hire a moving company as was by far the best experience I had. If I had to move again I would use IVL.

I used IVL for a move from NY to Istanbul, Turkey. I had them provide a full door to door service which included packing and unpacking my goods. They also took care of customs and insurance. I was happy to receive everything with no damage. Overall I had a great experience and would use them again if needed

I used IVL for a move from FL to Brooklyn, NY. The movers did a good job. The packers were great and even spent extra time making sure everything was packed properly. I was pleased with the outcome of the move and would use them again.

I think all there 5 star rating are fake. International Van lines are scammers. Do not trust them. They will bid your move out. Mine was bid out to Gts Shipping Window Inc. I tried to get insurance for my move, but they just jerk me around. They never return my calls on the insurance or when there was an issue on the delivery date with Gts Shipping Window Inc. When they finally came, they missed the our appointment date and keep my household items hostage. After, I pay for my items my wine collection was stolen, furniture, and items were damage. Guess that was the reason why they didn't want me to get insurance. All and all please so not trust them. They will just find another victim.

I used IVL for a long-distance move to TX. The guys did a great job and I would use them again.

Terrible service. Could not be worth! - The initial invoice was $1300 but I paid in total $1930 (customs, fees and charges not indicated in the quotation...) - The Sale Guy told me it would take less than 2 month. It took 3 month and half. - When finally my stuff arrived, it was really the worth I think: Boxes, opened, dirt everywhere, stuff missing (and no reimbursement obviously...)

Negative stars? If it was possible, I would take away some stars from this company. I had given them a review some time ago, following our extremely awful experience for a relocation for USA to UK. As it was such a big move, new job etc, I got side tracked and could not respond to their response. Now that we are settled, I came across my emails and have read most of their response, and its like a broken record - repeating the same things again and again. The bottom line is, these guys are 'crooked', cheats and lie through their teeth to get the business. Once you pay them the deposit, they would do anything and everything to find ways to claw money back or charge extra monies. They are picking on things out of context (the various quotes from my emails etc) without sharing the full picture. There are also comments from various other sites that they have been caught paying people to make positive reviews for them! Don't be fooled by them and avoid them even if you have to pay extra to someone else - they would recover their monies from you. If you are in the unfortunate position of using them, all I can suggest is don't believe their word for anything - get everything in writing, explicitly asking for an "all inclusive final fixed price quote".
