My mother is 97. When she got out of the hospital they gave her tanks that only lasted 4 hours. She had to keep putting the tanks on the stabilizer to fill them. This was very hard for her. The portable inogen is so much easier and lasts 10 hours when charged. We LOVE it

Your representative was polite and also direct in her responses to me. I do have a question. First why did so many extra hoses come with my two oxygen systems? I personally think that it would be better to send a couple of hoses, then in three or four months send a few more. So maybe once a quarter is a better way to send the hoses. I put a date in in May but I really don’t remember the date.

I bought the battery charger. Evidently Inogen will sell the charger without the charger. Or what I got was a complete knockoff. But charger cord would not fit in the charger. The second one I bought, I made sure it was from Inogen. It will charge the big battery but it won't charge the small one. I put the small battery in the concentrator and it charged fine. So something is up with additional charger. It is called bad quality - bad bad bad

I decided to order an indogen a after difficulty with a service provider my doctor used for thr patients. I called indogen and the specialist share all the information I needed to make a informed decision. I am visually impacted so being able to use my portable concentrator was very important. I ch9se the G6 and very pleased with its function, battery life and how easy it is to use
