My inogen has made me very happy. I am an 86 years old window and I bought from a different company. I now don’t have to worry about not having enough oxygen.Every day my inogen becomes more useful. My inogen lasts at least 6 hrs. and I have a fully charged second battery in my son’s truck.I am so happy with it.

Dionne was amazing. Made my experience easy, uncomplicated and straightforward. The product is everything I was looking for. It’s quiet and portable if needed. It’s easy to maintain too.

My unit is very portable and I can take it places with me easy it works great to help my oxygen along I have not been able to hook it up to my phone yet. Seems like there’s some catch that I’m not doing. I could use some help on adding it to my phone. I do like the people on the phone when I call in for something. They are very, very friendly and helpful when I need something answered. So far, it works really great for me. Very happy with it. I can take it in my car over my shoulder when I go out to eat or things like that.

Great so easy to carry around

We live on over 7 acres of land and there is always something that needs to be fixed or done. At 73 I am blessed to be able to still accomplish the upkeep and that was not possible after my triple by-pass surgery because I also have COPD. My Inogen allows me to keep my independence. I purchased a backpack that allows me more mobility while working and while riding my motorcycle. Sometimes I even wear it when in my home because the larger unit requires me to be tethered by a hose. With my Inogen I have my life back. I love it!

AVOID PURCHASING FROM IMOGEN CONCENTRATORS IF YOU NEED A CARRY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR!! We bought a lifetime warranty. Invoice says 3 years. Wait on hold for 30 minutes to be told that it’s correct in their system for lifetime but no one can reprint the invoice showing the correct warranty. Salesman will not return phone calls but was Johnny on the spot with calling and answering to make the purchase. Can’t return product without salesman approval. Same person who won’t take my calls. $4000 could be gone because I didn’t research the internet well enough!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

We are so thankful for the portable 02, such a relief to have 02, whenever needed. Makes driving so much easier. Thank you so much. Even was able to sit outside and watch great nephews play baseball. Life is good again.
