My Inogen is working perfect. Thank you

This has allowed me to be able to do the important things in my life. I am now able to grocery shop etc.

I Received the equipment late July, and spoke 7/26/24 with the Inogen set up team; Rhonda went through, in detail, setup and operational information for the G5 portable and Continuous unit. She provided contact information for billing and customer care. The supplies arrived as reported and I have been using the equipment since late July. The equipment is functioning well, and I have enjoyed the experience. Thank you

I've been on supplemental oxygen for about seven years--portable tanks and an in-home concentrator. The tanks (what they called the "Coke bottle size") were becoming cumbersome and with a pulse-type gauge, I only got air when I breathed in which wasn't enough. I should note I have several lung issues which were becoming more problematic. I looked into an Inogen unit several times and finally decided to take the plunge. Nathan walked me through the entire process, including financing through Affirm. The equipment arrived on schedule, the directions were easy to follow to charge the batteries, and I easily put everything together. While the Inogen weighs about the same as the tank, it is easier to handle, is relatively quiet, and delivers the oxygen level I need just as well as my in-home concentrator. Well worth the investment!

I’m very well pleased 100% but I didn’t like what I needed the backstrap being over $100 I will try and make one

I love my Inogen portable concentrator. It's easier to carry around than the awkward oxygen tank.

There was no problem and so far it’s okay

Though hugely expensive, I have bern pleased. The device is quiet enough that I do not feel like I'm sleeping next to Darth Vader.
