I am the wife of the Inogen user. I can tell you what I know through observation. My husband has a very bad case of emphysema. He is on oxygen 24/7. The Inogen machine really comes in handy for times when he has to visit the doctor and the rare occasions when we get to go out. Also, there have been a couple of times the power has gone out.Again, Imogene has “saved the day!” So glad we did the smart thing and bought our Inogen machine. Oh and one more thing.we were given a portable oxygen machine through Social Security/Disability. My husband reports that this machine is not as good as the Inogen machine.he won’t use it.

I enjoy the use of an Inogen every day. I love it, as it helps me attend to many things. My big problem was that when it accidentally dropped and l tried to get it fixed,l felt that l got the run around by the company and l had to send the unfixed machine back telling them it had never been touched!! Only then was anything done on the machine. This took the better part of 2-3 months! Thank God l had delt with Liberty Medical who helped me tremendously!

I have been so happy that I bought my Inogen 4.. those oxygen tanks were just too heavy and cumbersome....this Inogen is like carry another purse... best money I ever spent... only sad that Medicare does not allow people this unit instead of the heavy tanks and also to have the home concentrator too... I never would feel comfortable with just one system as if power goes out.. one can rely on the Inogen . I even purchased extra batteries and keep them fully charged..

I LIKE THE PORTABILITY AND HOW EFFICIENT THE INOGEN WORKS FOR ME

I have had my Inogen for 4 months and have been really impressed with it. It runs very quiet and is very light weight to carry. It delivers oxygen just as efficiently as my big unit.

In oven gives. Geat service and I think there equipment is one of the best.
