I love having portable oxygen that I can take on an airplane or in the car and I don't have to worry about tanks blowing up. The customer service is great. All issues are handle promptly and efficiently.

This unit allows me to get out and about with confidence, I just wish it was lighter as I have to use the double battery.

I love the unit. It works easily and is easily portable My only complaint is that I wanted on credit rather than on debit. (My bank offers points for credit ). Than add that there was a discount offered AFTER I made my purchase. A real backpack 🎒 was offered after the fact. O-well... I still love the Imogen Unit. Make sure the paper work is in order before you buy.

The portable generator - biggest drawback is the weight. I recognize that the more oxygen you get, the more machine you need. The dolly helps. My backpack is my best tool for handling the weight problem. The shoulder bag will rip your arms off (not literally). But the machine's portability makes possible an improved quality of life not available from oxygen bottles. I feel I made a wise investment when I bought the machine.
