the two units are doing well the portable failed at three months but inogen replaced the unit without any undue feedback they simply shipped me a new unit and all is well since. A number one in my book. now you guys don't make me a liar! Miles H Plowden, III Florida

I was really tight for time to make a flight & the Inogen rep went above & beyond to help me out. I was thoroughly favorably impressed by him which reflected well on the company. My interactions since then have been equally positive.

This machine is high Maintenance. Not only is the machine very expensive but the upkeep is very costly. I was having to replace items on it before a year was up.

I bought a refurbished machine, you all replaced it 3 times because of malfunctioning. Two days after the warranty ran out it tore up again so I've had to go back to using the tanks. So I wasn't pleased with my machine at all

We bought 4 Inogen machines over a span of, 2 portable pulse style and 2 Home units. All four units have performed flawlessly over a span of at least seven years. Highly recommend this product. Nice that they are now approved more broadly vs private pay.

I called customer service earlier today about a problem with my unit. I was told my Inogen G4 replacement would arrive next day by noon. I received an email this afternoon saying I would get a follow up email once the unit shipped. I never received that an it is now 8:38 pm so I have no idea if my unit has shipped or if I should wait for UPS Saturday morning.

Your ads touts the weight of 2.8 lbs, that doesn't count the battery. I use the bigger batteries, which doubles the weight. Y'all sure aren't gonna' carry around the unit without a battery. Your accessories items are over priced. I'd like to a stand alone charger, but not at your price. Soon or later someone will come out with a knock-out copy. I can wait.
