Bought the unit prematurely. Ddnt try to use it till this year and batteries wouldnt charge. Also, when I am not breathing good, unit is heavy. Never used the in house concentrator either. Sales person was knowledgeable.

Works well but sometimes the unit gets hot &! I have to shut it down. My unit only goes up to 3. It is more convenient than the cylinders. All in all, I am satisfied.

I have had no problems with the unit. I use it full time when I am in Denver. If I didn't have it I could not go there. It is light weight and easy to use. Thank you

Honestly, I love my Inogen. It’s wonderful for traveling. So far every airline has accepted its use. If I had any complaint, it’s that the double battery is very heavy. I am petite and weigh just over 100# and it gets very uncomfortable after awhile. The single is much better. I would buy the newer lightest, smallest unit if it would go to 4 liters but it does not 😢😢 I have had my Inogen units for over 10 years. I originally had the larger unit with a cart and wheels, then got my Inogen One G3. Please work on A small light unit that will go to 4 or more!! I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

The company has had no communication with me for several years after providing me with their product. Does it require maintenance? Who knows. Is it working properly? Who knows? The monthly billings to Medicare have exceeded the cost of buying the product outright. The focus has been solely on billing opportunities and maximizing profit. The only communication has been this request for a product rating.

Very good had another system simlair but had trouble with it,especially the portable one

It is tuff to go without it. I just love it!

Had a Gen 2 for 5 yrs and no problems yet.
