Honestly I've had my Inogen for slightly over one year and I've not yet used it!!!! Good for me, my breathing has been adequate to accomplish my needs.

After researching the unit on line I spoke to one of your representatives asking a list of questions and looking for additional information. The rep I spoke to was knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. The purchasing process was very simple and done quickly and efficiently. Once the order was submitted I received frequent updates regarding the status of the order and the uniowas delivered as promised. I also called at another time to order additional accessories and as before everything was done quickly and the order received as promised.

I am just disapointed in the fact I lost my personel person that took care of issue with my inogen, his name was Jerry Fisher out of texas, I just felt he was so inform and careing for what I was going through to have inogen in my life, if it was for Jerry taken and interest in me as a person not just selling a product, but the feeling he truly cared. Now I have no one to talk with about the euipment or the upkeep of the unit, and I feel left out in the cold. Jerry even after a whole year after selling me my unit check in with me. When I had a prolem with it just recentley and he was not avaiable and was told he no longer was with the company I was in shock, I thought in the being he might of been an owner since he was so well informed. I am very disapointed in for what ever reason he is gone with a goodbye. Unless he died but if he was let go I just do not feel the same, Please see if you can find out why he left, mrs. grondziel.

My husband uses the Inogen G3. We have owned it for 2 and a half years. The machine works well and we have used it on several trips. There are only a couple of things that are a issue to us. I know when you say it weighs less than five pounds it is a good thing. After carrying it for a lengthy time the less than five pounds becomes heavy. All of the additional accessories (to us) are extremely expensive. The backpack and the battery charger (not attached to the machine) as an example. We have thought about purchasing the new Inogen that weighs less than three pounds. We cannot justify the cost of a new machine.

This was my second time purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator from Inogen. My first one was a G4 that was great except it only went as high as 3 liter flow. Less than a year later I needed to go to a 4 liter flow. I wish I had thought that out the first time because I would have purchased the G3 then. As it was I had to dig deep in my pockets a second time. Inogen does not buy back or give credit on previous units. My first salesman was less than helpful but this time around the salesman was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and helped me make the best choice for me. He even called me to let me know if was delivered and talked me through the set up. I love my Inogen!

Units (this is my third one) are always too noisy. But i’d Be lost without it.
