to heavy for me ,and over heats to fast :( batteries won't hold charge long enuff .. needs to have a better case to carry on your hip . its the inogen 3 , to heavy !

The equipment functions as it should, no problems

Love the unit, but disappointed in battery life. Necessary equipment not included such as external battery charger, longer life batteries, bag that does not heat. All accessories extremely expensive.

This machine has given me freedom I otherwise would not have. Using the oxygen tanks was very cumbersome and I always worried about running out of oxygen. With Inogen One G3 my worries are over. Batteries are easy to charge and handle. This machine with the longer life battery only weighs about 6 lbs. I sometimes wear it as a cross body bag when out and about.

Inogen is a great product and a great company to go with.

My unit broke on a Saturday afternoon and I was able to talk to a rep and had a new unit on Wednesday morning. service is really 24/7! I wish the batteries had a longer life or that a desk charger was included in the package. Just returned from a cruise with my trusty little buddy!!

This has helped me be more mobile. A little heavy with large battery, but you need large battery for any amount of decent time. Otherwise very happy with it.

Battery goes dead too quickly....where our can't be charged anymore and you have to buy a new battery
