I am very glad to have my Inogen G-3! It allows me freedom to do many more travel, social events and errands that would not otherwise work. I have not had any repairs in nearly 3 years except a battery. Thank you!

I am very disappointed in the company for the things that were not told to me . I explained to the sales person why I needed oxygen at night . This machine is not continuous so when I shallow breathe it stops. Really defeats the purpose of why I purchased it. Also I paid a thousand dollars extra to pay for any repairs for the machine. The tubes on the side quit and they told me that part was not covered but only the machine. Like really, can one function without the other. I would definitely not recommend your product to anyone. The sales person should have told me this but I guess sales are more important than facts. Thank you

I like the unit, but, the batteries leave a lot to be desired!! I was told the batteries would last 8 hrs. Mine barely last 3 hrs!! That’s when I have it set on 2, when I put it on 3, which is where I’m supposed to be, it only lasts for 2 hrs! I feel I have been terribly mislead or your batteries really suck.
