I needed it. I got it. It is keeping me going. I hope they can bring the price down for future users.

Blind users would benefit from shaped control buttons. They are all flat, even when not in the case. I've tried putting buttons, etc., on the controls but they don't stick. Otherwise, the unit is handy to have.

The machine is great. I use it around town and to go to MD appointments.

The unit really is wonderful in that it allows for mobility not available with standard oxygen tanks. I probably would not be as compliant with use if it weren't for Inogen. Everyone who needs oxygen should be using Inogen. I would like to see different length options for the oxygen tubing. For my use the tubing provided is way to long and my efforts to tie it shorter just causes kinks. As a woman, I would also like to see a handbag option that serves as a purse as well. I have seen the backpack style but it is not practical for me. A tote bag with a bottom venting area on one side would be nice.

My 93 year old mother and I could not live without her Inogen One. She is on oxygen 24/7 and this unit goes everywhere when we leave the house. It has allowed my mother the freedom to enjoy life away from the 50 foot tether at home. The ability to charge in the car on the go is terrific. My only comment: The unit is heavy and my mother cannot carry it. It is difficult to manage on her walker/wheelchair. So I have removed the strap on the carrying case and added individual chain straps to the buckles. Each strap then attaches to the handles on the walker. They are easily removed from the walker to get in and out of the car and makes it so manageable in and out of a restroom. I also added a longer piece of flexible plastic to keep the hose from bending and kinking at the connection. These little adjustments have been commented on by other users in the community. This is her second Inogen and it's performance is great and customer service is fabulous!

I love my Inogen!!! Light weight and easy to carry. (Even on an airline!)

No one explains critical information. Air is on demand only. You have to breath through your nose, not your mouth. If you don't use battery power for a while it goes completely dead and you have to buy a new one at $300.00 plus, dollars. SS does not pay for any of this. So if you want to spend $3,000.00 on a portable paper weight this is for you.. GARBAGE, JUNK, WORTHLESS.

Cheryl, I am sorry your specialist did not explain this to you. All our reps are trained to ask if you breathe through your nose or your mouth. They should also explain that our machines are not compatible with a CPAP or BiPAP. They are also trained to explain alternating the batteries being used for optimum results. Again, I am sorry this wasn't explained in the beginning.
