I like my Imogen only thing is the portables battery runs down to fast. Only stars charged around 3 hours. We contacted customer service and they said they would send me another battery. So we will see.

Easy to buy but they never called me as promised. I called them and they were too busy to answer so I left a message. Never called. So I was on my own with questions unanswered. I am handicapped and had to buy with my own money with no help from them.

Hard sales approach- I needed to return this within the 30 days allowable time. I was rerouted around until it was too late to return it. I was told it would be escalated and it never was. Buyer beware and make sure this is exactly what you need. It did not work for our needs at all. It was a very expensive mistake. I reached out to the customer service number and to date, no one has gotten back to me.

I have been using my At Home concentrator for a month now and am delighted with how quiet it is. Thanks to Daniel for helping me through the purchase process.

Ordering was easy, salesperson was very knowledgeable. I do find the loud popping to be annoying. Like the size, enables me to keep it out of the path of my large dogs. I would rate higher, if it didn’t make that popping sound, so in most public settings I’m not comfortable using it.
