I have had my Inogen for about 3 years. At first it was a constant companion, but as my condition has become more stable , I don't use my unit full time, but It goes with me on long road trips, extended day trips to outdoor car shows, trips to elevations above 3000 ft, and it is very essential on commercial air flights. YES, it helped me take charge of my ILD. Also its beats towing "E" size green oxygen tanks around.

I really like the Inogen, very light and it keeps people from staring so much when ur using Oxygen to live, only issue I think I might have is being on 2 not enough oxygen so use on 3 it just uses batteries up faster that's all.

Bought a unit @the end of April 2018 , 2 weeks later I was checking back on line and the unit went on sale and it was 1000.00 cheaper. So I called and was going to return the unit, but they told me to keep and they, sent me to my sales person Issac and that I would get a refund. So I left him a message, no return call... I left several messages still no return call, I finally reached him he said he had sent it to his boss to be approved. He said he did call to let me know..... as of Nov 2018, I still haven't received a call or refund. And the batteries don't last very long... maybe 30 min ...
