Charging cords are touchy and sometimes won’t charge at all. So disappointing.

I need oxygen, I have to pay you a high price, after the sale I learn that I will need to purchase another battery to the tune off $500 and now after a couple of years, I need to replace the "columns". I have never heard of them and only found them today. Now the question is where do I get them and at what Price? By the way, the 4 hour battery only lasts me 3.5 hours at a 2 setting and the 2 hour battery only lasts 1.5hours!!! Work that out, if I want to go to Hawaii from the west cost what are my options??

I use the Inogen 4 whenever I leave the house. The fact that it is light weight is a huge improvement for me. The new carrier is also an improvement. I wish that it had the capacity to deliver level 4 oxygen. I fear that I’ll need that in the future and don’t look forward to carrying the larger Inogen.

I really like the Inogen One! I just wish that you could make the equipment a little cheaper for people on a budget! I have owned one for 5 years and I had to replace the columns in it and I can't get another set of columns because they are too expensive for someone on a limited income.

Was told when I bought it. That was covered life time warranty. Nothing about 1 year on the battery. Need s battery and you want to charge a crazy price. If I New this. I would not buy it

My Innogen system exceeded all of my expectations! I’d been stuck in my home for over 5 years because lugging tanks made travel impossible. Even a doctor’s appointment was a nightmare. Now, with my new Innogen system, I no longer have to miss out on life. I’ve been able to visit family and friends. In fact, it's been so much easier to travel that we are actually booking a cruise! I can’t say enough about the ease, convenience, and whisper-quiet technology of Innogen.

I like your product and service but I dislike these Review's. Since I need oxygen 24 - 7 it allows me to have flex ability of movement that ka bottle does not. It is particularly necessary to allow travel by sir./
