You need to explain better about your product I'm not pleased with the unit that we boughtit doesn't last very long only an hour and a half and it only goes to # 3 if they would have explained it better we would have bought a different unit

we have the g-3 portable and we love it

I have had my Inogene for a number of years with no problems. Using an Inogene makes going out much easier than trying to deal with oxygen tanks not to mention that I feel much better about have an Inogene air compressor in my car than a tank with the potential of an explosion in the event of an auto accident.

responsive and helpful

Wonderful product, so much better than dragging a tank around over your shoulder. Made getting around so much easier. Only issue it would help to resolve: unit overheats when try to use it while plugged into car outlet. For trips over 30min or so, have to turn unit off while charging, then unplug to go on battery when need to turn back on. Would be good to be able to use, like a computer, while it is plugged in.

i am the husband. my wife passed away. she used the g4 a lot her las few months. it made things much easier for her. please understand, the g4 was a real blessing.

A Pleasure its a pleasure to work with, to have and the help is always there when you need it. Inogen has been wonderful to have and has given me such freedom, I don't go anywhere with out it.
