Have had things shipped to a billing address, not a delivery address.

I purchased a machine for my aunt. The experience was quite easy and painless. The unit works great, the only complaint is that the batteries don't hold up as long as advertised. The large battery only holds up about 3.5 hours not 5.7.

I had my doubts about purchasing this item mostly due to the cost. Having COPD is a large expense with just the medications. Having a direct phone number to the same person was comforting (and still is). I never felt pressured to make a purchase.

When I purchased the Inogen Oxygen Concentrator it gave me the freedom I needed to travel, shopping, movies, lunches and dinners with friends and not worry about running out of oxygen. I first purchased the concentrator which goes up to 4 liters but recently I purchased the 5 liter. This gives me plenty of oxygen to last for quite some time. I also feel getting the 9 1/2 to 10 hour battery (although heavy) lasts a long time depending on oxygen level you are on. There is a cart you can purchase and that is wonderful as you just wheel it around with the concentrator on it.

The new holder for the Inogen One G4 is a struggle to take off and on without the zipper for older people. (And mostly older people use oxygen). Also, the hooks that connect the straps to the Inogen case are plastic and keep breaking. Once, it let go and dropped on the floor in a grocery store. It cracked the case. That is the company's fault, not mine when it comes to warranty. You should replace the hooks with metal. It would save owners trouble and save the company in the long run in replacement costs.. Otherwise, the Inogen is a wonderful product, your salespeople are terrific and service has been outstanding. Sincerely, Darla L. Pickett, Maine
