I love my Inogen.. It allows me to play golf even with emphysema and at age 80. I put the Inogen in the basket behind the seat on the golf cart and utilize it when I am in the cart. Overall I think Inogen is a good product. My biggest concern or disappointment is just shy of 1 month of having my new machine it stopped working correctly and it needed to be sent back in. Now I know they have some kind of program about switching machines out but why should I receive a used machine after I have just shelled out over $2000 and a month hasn’t even passed? I felt cheated, peeved, and upset that I paid $2000 for a used machine. What kind of business is that? So you reader purchase at will.

Hi this is Clarence Fritz My wife Carol Ann Fritz was the user of the large oxygen machine. She used it faithfully dating back to last year We got the small Inogen machine from you in January at the same time we moved to Florida We never actually got the Inogen to work but we did put it together and played around with it Carol Ann died of cancer last June Here s where we stand today We have a brand new Inogen portable that has never been used and a new oxygen machine used for several months.
