Good unit but just as heavy as tanks with double battery.

My wife became very sick in the Chicago area on a recent visit there and required oxygen 24/7 during her hospital confinement and afterward before our return trip home. The doctors required that she have oxygen on the long 5 hour flight home. We had a choice to rent equipment or buy equipment. The rental of equipment from another provider became quite complicated. I called the agent for Inogen and we had the right equipment with 48 hours and were able to leave for home on time. It worked wonderfully on the air flight and no questions were asked to us by the airline. Airline employees saw the equipment and knew it was from a safe and good provider. She no longer needs the oxygen but we have the equipment for future needs as her weak point physically is her lungs. For maintenance, we run the machine every 6 months and bring the batteries up to full charge.

I am happy with it - just wish I had got the lighter one.

I love my inogen. I works everyplace. Even at a large track meet, in a stadium, at the store, at social events too.

Sales representative was very informative, helpful and responsive to questions. The device itself works as advertised, is easy to operate and dealing with the company was esay.

My Inogen is so handy. It is so easy to change the battery. A lot of my Dr. appointments are about thirty miles and we can plug the charger in and let it charge all the way there and still have a full battery when we get there. It is much lighter than my old tanks were and not clumsy like them. It was money well spent.

I love my Inogen Oxygen. I can charge the batteries in a house outlet or in the car. It's quiet & effective; it reminds me if I've taken the cannula out of my nose & reminds me if I forget to turn it off. My only drawback is if I'm using it all the time, I like a 25" tube connected and when I do that, I don't get good oxygen thru the length. That is THE only drawback I've found. I do LOVE IT.

I am completely pleased with my inogen product. Love the fact that I can carry an extra battery with me if I need it. Was very happy too with the salesman who answered my questions on my first call to inquire about their product.
