Great customer service, only thing lacking is the amount of time the batteries last.

Cust service did not return calls, rec. wrong items

Bought Inogen One G4 and was led to believe it could deliver up to 5 liters. It could not. Cost me over $3000 for something that served my purpose less than a year. Had to buy an Inogen One G3 to get me the O2 I required. Very disappointed to spend that much money and not get what I need.

Everything I had hoped it would be. People were very nice and aided me in getting exactly what I needed. Unit has been working very well and I am out and about the happiest I have been in a long while.

I use inogen any time i leave the house. I leave the 10 hour battery on it because most of the time i do not know how long i will be out. It is convenient and easy to manage with the shoulder sling

Great unit for the wife. She has used it while sitting on the beach. It has allowed her to do some exercises and some Tai Chi work outs with a light weight unit. They would like for her to be on a #6 setting while exercising but with the unit we chose she can only go to #3 so she cuts back a little on her workout.

when i got my inogen there was a problem with it so i called service support and they said they would send a new unit along with return slips for the unit and battery they sent...i was told it would just take a few days to get the unit but it took a week and a half to get it and there were no return slips for the defective product...i call again and was told return labels would go out that day...but apparently never sent them because i called back a week later (after receiving invoices for the products to be returned by the way) and the lady i spoke to said nothing had ever been sent out in the way of labels so she emailed them to me so i could go to ups...the one light of my getting my inogen was the wonderful lady i worked with during the process of getting my machine...i wish there could be more people like her. Her name is Angela Haschka...

I find the Company outstanding. Quick to serve my needs, and quick to answers my questions. Their products are a blessing to anyone using oxygen.
