I love my Inogen but, what they don't tell you up front is that the portable unit only operates on a pulse setting, not a continuous flow of air. Maybe for most this is manageable, but for my stage of COPD I need constant air, like the nonportable unit I have from Inogen. When I was in rehab using their air tank equipment with constant air flow my SPO2 was improved by 9, that is the difference between living and struggling. I will not go back to an air tank, but want Inogen to develop a constant flow portable air device.

right weight for mobility

I love this quiet little machine. It takes up so little room, is easy to travel with and does the job of supplying me with oxygen at night while I sleep.

I fortunately only require oxygen at night and while shopping at the mall. I like it because it's lightweight and portable. I can take it everywhere I go. It beats having the inconvenience of carrying around big oxygen tanks. I like the fact that it charges from my car charger along with AC outlet at home. Great product. What I don't like - the Inogen One (G4) does not come with a external battery charger. I received my Inogen One (G4) with two batteries and a battery has to be mounted on the device to charge. So you are unable to charge the secondary battery without an external charger. Of course you can purchase the external battery charger for approximately $275.00 but I believe this charger should come with the Inogen One.

Great product with mobility for user. I definitely feel better and am sleeping better.

It all works great except where the o2 tubing connects to the poc it kinks right where it connects. I have tried everything i know of to try to keep it from kinking but no luck. Can you please help?

My inogen is a lifesaver. Small and compact, yet powerful enough to do its job I love it. Everyone else I see who have other systems can’t beat this.

Just a Review I am now in the VA HOSPITAL ( hospice). Before coming here I was using the equipment about 4 hrs. a day, since coming here that has about doubled and have had zero problems.
