My Inogen at Home concentrator (model GS-100) and Inogen One portable concentrator make it possible for me to travel and do other tasks that would not be possible otherwise. I would be home bound without them and they help me to enjoy life much the same as before I developed lung problems and needed oxygen

More than I expected Able to go without the bottles. I’m a different person haven’t been able to go on vacation in 5 years Going to check out the continuous unit for travel because I have to sleep under trilogy machine which requires continuous oxygen Going on vacation middle of June until whenever ha. Wish I had bought my Inogen one sooner

I am Very satisfied with my portable and plug in concentrators. The portable allows me to continue to do the work I enjoy, go on walks and light exercise. The plug in is quiet and so light weight. It easily travels with me to visit family and go on fun trips with my husband. I am so Thankful!

I am very disappointed with Inogen's return policy. I purchased a extra battery for my 91 year old Mother, to give her extra time on the battery. When it came, we realized it was the same exact battery that we already have. We never used it. The "manager" would have nothing to do with me or my request to return the battery in its original condition which it was sent to me. I asked to talk to some else and she refused to allow me to speek to her manager. I wILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM INOGEN. NATHAN DAVIDSON
