Love the product

Love the machine itself, definitely the best I’ve ever used. The only problem I have is the carrying case. The clips come apart too easily and I’m afraid of dropping it and it doesn’t fit in the case when I use the large battery. Wish you offered a better case. But I would recommend it to anyone!

Nice and quiet. Battery last quite awhile. Turns off and on easily. Definitely better than tanks.

This is a great option for someone older instead of carrying around a heavy tank and gives freedom of movement when shopping.

It is noisier than we thought. But the weight is good. We have the hip bag plus the shoulder bag. My husband doesn’t have a lot of strength but he is more mobile than with the other portables. It was a good decision to bite the bullet and pay for it since insurance doesn’t cover it which is very frustrating. I wish we would of started with it immediately when he was told he needed oxygen.

Inogen is a great product. It gave so much independence. Thank you for creating it.

The first thing I did was buy 2additional double batteries and a battery charger. I rotate the battery charging with 1 in the charger. One I the machine being used and charged on a home wall plug or my cigarette lighter. The 3 rd is always full and ready to go, it’s terrific

This had changed my life completely. I have back problems and carrying tanks took a toll on my back. Now I have more freedom to to enjoy outings with family and friends. Love my Inogen G4.
