The unit allows me to be mobile. It's fairly light to carry around and easy to maintain. Great innovation.

It is for my Dad who just turned 93. He needs oxygen every once in a while and when he has to be out an about it works great for him.

personally, I think it's a little over priced but when you get down to it, it's worth it - I use oxygen at night & only as needed during the day - the smaller unit is light weight & not bulky like the oxygen tanks - I use the smaller unit for shopping outings & the bigger unit at night - glad I was able to get this, only wish that Medicare could have picked up some of the cost - lol

I have used the Inogen one G4 for over a year it is lite and better then the oxygen bottles to use when I go outside. The unit contacts loose contact with the battery. I'm waiting for a replacement now. This the second time the unit has given me a system error. I had to replace back in May of 2019.

I don't have to use my Inogen as frequently as I anticipated but it is comforting to know I have it if I do need it. It's very portable and quiet.

I normally have to call and order things twice because it never comes after I place an order. Poor customer service.

I purchased the Inogen unit for my wife. The sales person was very helpful in assisting us getting a prescription allowing me to buy the unit. I also purchased 2 spare batteries and various accessories. The unit has been very reliable and given some mobility and freedom to get around that hoses and a standard concentrator did not allow. Very happy with the product.
