After paying 3,000 00 some dollars you would think that the machine would last longer then 6 months...Iam very disappointed in the quality..I hope that when you sent me this machine that it was a new one and a refurbished one...plus when called to get a new one, we had to call many times to get it set up..not HAPPY with inogen...

The slightest bump turns the Inogen off! Also, if you have to use higher setting, the batteries last about half as long. If I had it to do over I would not buy it.

I feel the unit is a little heavy,er then I expected it to be. However it does do a good job and supplies Oxygen for at least a 5 hour period. Over all it is a nice unit, I have the G5

The weight of this unit is much heavier than my first Inogen g4. For an older person it changes how you travel with it. Because the new unit has higher capacity ,its batteries are twice as big and account for the additional weight. Being an older person, it is difficult for m to carry in hand or over shoulder. The battery life is good and the increased capacity to adjust settings for oxygen delivery is a plus as your needs change. Overall it is what I needed. But be aware that this unit with the battery installed is much heavier than my last Inogen One G4. I would hand carry that one all over. The new one is to heavy for me to do that. Overall it is a wonderful improvement,and would recommend this unit as long as the total weight of unit can be handled by owner.

I bought the unit for my mother online because I could not locate a dealer and she needed it asap. A problem occurred with it and, because I was out of town, a local Inogen dealer was not allowed to pick up the unit and send it back for repair. I should have bought the unit from the dealer but the inogen sales person online seemed so trustworthy. Never told me you had to mail it back and could not go through a dealer even if I paid for it. I wish I had bought a Philips unit and would not recommend Inogen to anyone.

We travel out of town several times a week. The Inogen has really been a blessing to me when traveling or just around town or visiting. I am so glad we purchased it & would recommend it to anyone contemplating buying it.

Helps very good when traveling

it's great! even though I don't need it 100% of the time, just having it with me when I'm away from my home unit, I feel more confident.
