I have G5 so it is not as sweet as the G4. I have to be on 4 liters. The G4 only goes up to 3 liters. It's twice as heavy with the single battery. I have a double battery so it is fairly uncomfortable to use. I use my walker to carry it along with extra charged batteries. I also have an extra charger for the batteries. Even the small G4 is nothing like the commercial. These need to be plugged in when the batteries are low. They don't have outlets in the middle of the meadow by the tree so you can eat a picnic dinner. I actually had to sit in a store doorway because that's where the outlet was. It took a long time. My battery had died and the extra. The only way I had to charge was the machine was to sit there. I had flown for my Grandson's graduation from Marine boot camp so I did not have my walker. It was also when I learned to buy the double batteries and charger. Since then I have bought double batteries. I have 3. And a charger so I can charge outside the machine also. If you spend the extra money to make it work, have a Walker with a basket, it works very well. I love that it blue tooths to my phone and I can see what it is charged at. I am glad that I bought it.

We just got back from an 11 day cruise. It involved a flight from Boston to San Juan. Without the Inogen G% and extended battery life, neither the flights nor cruise would have been possible. We upgraded from the G# to the G% last summer. A great investment.

For convience it rates a 5 star. For durability it rates a 2 star. For company support it rates a 3 star, I have found no one that can or will tell me how to determine when the columns need to be replaced.

I'm finding I still have trouble breathing with the Inogen when moving around. If I'm totally still works fine

I have a at home unit and a portable unit and both of them have given me very good service. I would recommend these units to anyone and I have done so.

I mainly use it at night. It is small enough to carry when I need it for portable use and doesn't take up excess space when using it plugged in. This small size for a generator is real progress and beats the use of tanks hands down!

Even better than I had expected. Relatively unobtrusive, light, and convenient. Reliably does what it is supposed to do. Unless/until they make a lighter.smaller one - I can't think of an improvement they can make!

Inogen has given me freedom to stay out longer and know also that I can recharge it while I am out . I am a senior citizen and have copd and having oxygen at my side makes me feel good. Around Christmas time my family took me to Disney World and I had the best day of my life. I almost forgot I was disabled. Thank you and know that I will have only good things to say about my Inogen portable machine!
