unit works fine G5 but is really loud when running. A lot louder than the other units I have. If you bump it like getting into the car it will shut off. I had decided to call about the noise when I first put my hearing aids on I thought something was wrong. Thanks for opinion let me know about the noise. I made a plastic cover over the face so I could see if it was working or not. The flashing light when I take a breath so when it shuts off I know.

G3 is a little on the heavy side & I keep getting a oxygen error. Followed the directions but no help.

I have been using an Inogen 3 for more than 4 years. I have had the 4 for the past year. They have both been terrific. The 3 I use when traveling because of the long battery life The 3 I use for local travel and events. Both are wonderful and the 3 being so much lighter is a delight to use. My consultant Ophelia Sebastian has been very helpful and she is a definite asst to your team Thanks so much

Super quiet, light weight, everything works as expected. I couldn't be happier.

I like the size.

My husband, Doug Henry, has passed now, but the relief Inogen gave us on outings whether it was the doctor or dinner out. It was reliable, lightweight and didn't draw attention like the O2 tanks. I still have his unit and I charge the batteries to preserve them.

Inogen let my dad cut loose from the anchor of oxygen tanks, giving him increased freedom and confidence.

I like the Imogen 5 a lot. I have had a couple of overheating warnings when I've used it on longer excursions but then it cooled down and was fine. Recharging has worked fine, and the bag and backpack are great. It is really great for use as a portable alternative to my home concentrator.
