I really love my little Inogen. and have talked it up so much that I have gotten 3 other people to get the newer larger model I have people all over that see me out and around that ask me about how I like my unit and I have to tell them how much I love it and working with the people At Inogen,

I love the G5 unit I purchased. It's a top of the line product and the folks their in Customer Service are too. I've had some minor malfunctions with mine but (never out of Oxygen). I have called and ASAP with-in 24 hours a new one has arrived overnight for replacement. I have 2 large batteries, 1 small, A/C D/C adapters for at home and in the car adapters to always be 100% charged. A very quite unit that has many features - alarm beep if at night if the canulla falls from your nose and or if it detects no breath intake. The G5 is very dependable - I'm a very happy customer !

The Inogen G5 has allowed me to be able to be more mobile and I’m not confined to my apartment anymore. It has also facilitated the return to my job.

THIS HAS BEEN A GOD SENT FOR ME. I AM ABLE TO GET AROUND WITHOUT LUGGING A TANK. IT IS FREEDOM FOR ME.

I have the G 4 portable and the lightweight 18 pound home unit.Both work excellent.

the Inogen G3 system we got for my sister in May 2019 was a wonderful thing for her after trying to lug around those 11 pd tanks. Carole really enjoyed her system and allowed us to be more mobile or as mobile as we were before needing oxygen. My sister passed away at the end of December 2019 so do you have any direction on buy back or resale plan to others. pls advise. thank you.
