I like the lighter weight unit but the battery only lasts two hours.

I have had a lot of trouble with my Inogen since I got it I’ve had it probably almost a year, I have had to send it back at least 3 times I keep the batterie and send box back. I have a lot trouble when it comes to turning it on I’ll turn it on and it’s like I have to prime it to get it to understand I’m taking a breath. I have to hold my thumb over the top on the little silver place where you put the hose on so It can recognize if something is there and that’s happened with the last two just one and one I had before the first one I had it got hot and started making some weird noises. These are refurbished I guess end it seems like somethings being left out because I didn’t have to do that with my first one.

My Inogen Concentrator has worked flawlessly since I received it about seven months ago. Allows me to continue living my life as I did prior to becoming ill including traveling on vacation. I could not be more pleased with my Inogen unit. Marlene Adelberg

I have not been able to link my unit to my cell phone. I feel I am missing out on information as well as not getting notices about my unit as well as notification about changing the filter.

I've used Inogen equipment, since 2017. I started with the G-4. I had to upgrade to the G-5, because of my oxygen requirements. I also use oxygen bottles. There is no comparison. I would recommend Inogen to everybody on oxygen. If Inogen could get the VA & Medicare to prescribe their equipment, it would be a blessing to all oxygen users. I am very pleased with their equipment & service..

Due to my medical condition, I needed an easy way to get around with supplemental oxygen without the need of hauling a multi-tank wheel cart with me everywhere I went. It was very troublesome to unload the cart/tanks when I needed to get out of my vehicle to go into the store, get gas, or just do little errands. The Inogen helped immensely in making it easy to unplug the charger, get out of the vehicle and do what needed to be done, all while maintaining the flow of oxygen I needed. Super easy, helped me be more free from the cart/tanks that I needed. The extended life battery pack made my excursions all that more enjoyable to keep going twice as long as the normal batter pack would last -- Great Product Inogen!

I have used supplemental oxygen for 30 years. I started with “E” tans, graduated to portable liquid oxygen dispensers and a liquid oxygen base connected to my CPAP machine. I discovered Inogen through television advertising. The difference in portability is amazing. If my wife and myself take trip in our RV I don’t have to worry about oxygen refills on the road. I use a concentrator at home and Inogen for everything else. There is one silly feature that needs a little work. The shoulder carrying strap has a pad at the top. The shoulder pad has a smooth shiny bottom. It should be non-skid. That niggling little complaint is the ONLY complaint I have.

Too expensive. Warrantee very good, sent a new unit when my home GS-100 unit started squealing. Also gave me new column for my portable unit when it warned to replace, during warrantee.
