I'm very satisfied with my inogen, I'm able to travel with out all those heavy tanks and that big oxygen concentrator. Extremely happy I purchased it.

I currently own 6 of your concentrators. 3 are displaying fault signals and I have no idea how to get them repaired. My last supplier refuses to touch earlier ones not supplied by him. Is there not a general repair shop? The machines are good, of course, but too little thought goes into the accompanying covers. Every machine needs a spare battery (or 2on a plane) and a canula. I only use my G4 to go out for shopping, dinner and other events. I recently went out of the country and my Large Battery only lasted 2 hours at a time! I can not tell you how helpless this was on vacation and inconvenient as we were constantly changing and charging the 2 Large batteries we purchased that were sold as lasting 5 hours! With that being said I am only on oxygen level of 2! If the case is you can only be on level 1 to get up to 5 hours use it should be told in the description. I probably would not have purchased the equipment I did had I have known. I was at first complimenting the Inogen and encouraging people who would ask about my experience with the product. Of course I had not been on a vacation or been out of the house for 5 hours or even close. At this point I would have to tell people NO to keep what your insurance pays for. I willingly paid $4000.00 for all the equipment I purchased because at the time I was hoping at sometime in the future to go on vacation or a couple of long weekends. I am sorry to say I am not very happy and feel foolish that I purchased any of the Inogen products. I also purchased the equipment to use at night with my CPAP. It is just hard for me to fathom that I am not able to use this product as I thoroughly had list of questions concerning all the freedom it allowed you. A 5 hour use of the battery is NOT possible!

I like both my units - portable and at home units. They help my breathing a lot. However the portable unit does not always keep up with what I need. Leaves me breathing hard after walking. Have to wait a few minutes to catch my breath. But it’s better than no oxygen.

excellent unit. I'd like to see Inogen enhance the smart phone app so that I could change the flow rate and turn the unit on/off from the phone.
